One of the four landlords kidnapped by gunmen in the Isheri North area of Lagos State has escaped from the kidnappers’ den.

The victim, who returned home Tuesday evening, however, refused to tell any of his relatives his ordeal, Our Correspondent reports.

Last Saturday morning, gunmen emerged from the waterways and whisked away the landlords while they were jogging.

The kidnappers subsequently placed N1.2bn ransom on the victims.

A source was quoted as saying that one of the men escaped on Tuesday.
