Hundreds of Igbo youths carrying placards and banners have taken to the streets of Enugu, protesting the on-going probe of former Nigeria First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan by anti-graft bodies.

The youths see the probe, which had culminated into the freezing of her (Mrs. Jonathan) account‎, as a calculated plot to humiliate ex-President Goodluck Jonathan.

The protesters are currently heading to the Enugu office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

  2. highest level of jobless, the youths in her state or her husband's state are not protesting na enugu youths come dey protest. i will advise the efcc to shot them on sight, they might be militants in disguise.
