President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday afternoon held a closed-door meeting with the leadership of the upper legislative chamber.

Senate President, Bukola Saraki, and his deputy, Ike Ekweremadu led other Senators to the meeting which held at the President’s office, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

After the meeting with the lawmakers, they exited while Mr. Buhari held a personal meeting with Saraki.

This meeting came barely a week after the Senate rejected President Buhari’s request to borrow $29.9 billion from external sources.

  1. They will approve the request to borrow the billions of dollars we will all see. This will create more future financial burden on our child from en and children ''s children yet unborn and they will steal and squander the money!!! If they go after the looted funds by Diezani,Omokore, Jonathan, Tinubu,other corrupt politicians and civil servants, and subsidy money( of which we are not hearing about anymore) there will be no need to borrow.

  2. Don't mind him, his own is sending EFCC to arrest people..... The results of the arrests, we haven't seen .
