According to reports, the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Mallam Abba Kyari, yesterday resumed work after about two weeks short vacation.


Kyari, who was rumoured by a section of the social media to have been sent on compulsory leave, resumed his official duty, dismissing reports that he was suspended.

He jokingly asked State House correspondents: “Are you going to tweet that I am back? Can’t I go on leave?”

When accosted for interview, he said: “I don’t talk to the press. You know my job doesn’t allow me talking.”
