Kurt Zouma will make his first-team return for Chelsea’s clash with Middlesbrough on November 20, according to reports.

The Evening Standard claims that Antonio Conte is ready to involve the 22-year-old after the international break and will include him for the trip to the Riverside Stadium.

Zouma has been sidelined since February after suffering a knee ligament injury against Manchester United.

The France international for Chelsea Under-23s in their last three matches and played a full 90 minutes in Tuesday’s victory over Oxford United.

Since Conte switched to a 3-4-3 formation after the 3-0 defeat to Arsenal, Chelsea’s back three of Gary Cahill, David Luiz and Cesar Azpilicueta has been unchanged for five Premier League games.

Chelsea have registered victories in all five matches and are yet to concede a goal since their drastic system swap.
