According to reports, the Ibadan Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) will on Friday arraign Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe, the Pro Chancellor of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Prof Olusola Oyewole (Vice Chancellor), and the Bursar, Mr. Moses Olusola Ilesanmi with regard to an alleged case of abuse of office and misappropriation of funds.

There had been a petition written against ‎the Pro-Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, the management and some members of the Governing Council to which they have been undergoing scrutiny in the hands of the anti-graft body since about a month ago.

According to a petition submitted to the EFCC by the Concerned Stakeholders of the Federal University of Agriculture, it was alleged that the Pro-Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor and the Bursar engaged in an “unbridled corruption and betrayal of public trust”.

It was learnt that the suspects would be arraigned at an Abeokuta High Court on Friday to answer the charges bordering on corruption, mismanagement and abuse of office.
