Zlatan Ibrahimovic is concerned with Jose Mourinho’s training methods at Manchester United, according to reports.
The Times claim that the 35-year-old feels he has lost his ‘sharpness’ since his arrival at Old Trafford and is unhappy with the lack of fitness work during the sessions at United.
It’s also reported that Mourinho’s training plans are centered around drills which involve the ball, rather than those which are purely focused on improving the conditioning of players.
Ibrahimovic scored twice in Sunday’s 3-1 victory over Swansea City to end his worst run in front of goal since his time at Inter in 2007.
Prior to the match at the Liberty Stadium, the Swede had scored just once in 11 appearances for United.
But despite Mourinho’s side struggling for form, Ibrahimovic has insisted that United are still in a position to win the Premier League this season.
‘We have been a little bit unlucky in certain games, but we believe and when you believe it will come,’ he told United’s official website.
‘Hopefully I can win it and I will win it.’
