The accolades just keep on coming for Claudio Ranieri, who had his phenomenal success with Leicester City acknowledged once again at the glitzy GQ Awards night.
The Italian was heralded for guiding the Foxes to the most unlikely of Premier League title wins last season, picking up the GQ Outstanding Achievement award.
“It is a great honour for me because it’s not a football magazine,” Ranieri said upon being bestowed with his latest trinket.
“We have to say thank you to my chairman, to my squad, because they made something impossible possible.
“I also want to say thank you to my agent who brought me back to England one year ago and want to say thank you to my wife; 40 years are so long, but so short.”
