  1. What kind of leadership do we have in Nigeria? There's no where in the world where a government disburses money to parents to send their kids to school. Govt provides free books, tuition and school materials to help all children enrol and study in school.
It's very disheartening to see some people comment on this as a good gesture. Nigerians are so used to misgovernace that we do not even know what's a bad policy. Sharing of money by government does not and can never bring development or growth to a nation. We all know the money will be used to acquire new wives and to solve other personal needs. When will our "leaders" start thinking of the children of this country?
