    Senate, Police commission resolve dispute over recruitment of 10,000 personnel

    According to reports, the suspended recruitment of 10,000 personnel into the police force would soon commence, Chairman, Senate Committee on Police Affairs, Senator Abu Ibrahim, said Monday.

    The targeted recruitment was put on hold following disagreement between the Senate and the Police Service Commission (PSC) over the modus operandi of the recruitment.
