    A member of the Air Vice Marshal Jon Ode-led Presidential Arms Probe Panel on $2.1 billion arms procurement fund, who was caught with $1 million cash in his house, Air Commodore Umar Mohammed (rtd), has been re-arraigned before a Federal High Court in Abuja.
