    Two children, Ukamaka Ikema and Chimuanya Nwarie, who are teenage hawkers in Abakaliki ran into luck on Tuesday when they ran into Governor David Umahi doled out N1m to them.

    A fire incidence has burnt a 2 year-old boy and property worth millions of naira at Ekuluobia Street Kpiripiri in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi capital.
