    Aruna, Africa’s Number One Table Tennis player promises to make mark at Rio Olympics

    Quadri Aruna, Africa’s number one table tennis player, on Thursday vowed to make a mark at the forthcoming Rio 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil.

    Aruna is among the five players, including Africa’s most decorated player, Segun Toriola, that will represent the country in table tennis at the Games.

    Others are Bode Abiodun, Funke Oshonaike and Edem Offiong.

    Africa’s number one table tennis player, Quadri Aruna, on Sunday helped his club, Sporting Lisbon, to clinch the 2015/2016 Portugal Cup, defeating SL Benfica 3-0.
