Andy Murray has set up a semi-final clash against Milos Raonic after beating Stan Wawrinka to top Group John McEnroe at the ATP World Tour Finals.
The 29-year-old beat the Swiss ace 6-4 6-2 to match Novak Djokovic’s record of winning all three of his matches at the season-ending event and to ensure he avoided the Serb in the semi-finals.
There was plenty on the line for Murray, who faced losing his world No. 1 ranking if he didn’t reach the semi-finals.
