    The caretaker chairman of Kukawa Local Government Area of Borno State, Alhaji Habib Kekeno, on Tuesday, announced that the military would reopen Maiduguri/Baga Road on December 24 following relative peace in the state.

    Mr. Hassan Mustapha, the Coordinator on HIV/AIDS in Borno, has said no fewer than 5,000 Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in 27 camps in Borno are currently living with HIV/AIDS.
