Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, has dissociated himself from a suit reportedly initiated by one Timipa Jenkins Okponipare at the Federal High Court, Abuja, seeking to restrain the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) from proceeding with his trial at the Tribunal.
