    Delta governor commissions 14,000 capacity, fully functional Olympic size stadium in Ozoro

    Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state, has commissioned a 14, 000 capacity Olympic size stadium, complete with 149 toilets and 89 urinal systems.

    While commissioning the stadium and a series of other projects at the Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro, Okowa stressed the need for managers of government institutions to ensure that finances are accountably utilized to the benefits of the masses.
