    Russian cargo ship destroyed after contact is lost as it heads to International Space Station

    A Russian cargo ship bound for the International Space Station has been destroyed shortly after launch from Kazakhstan.

    The unmanned supply ship was carrying rocket fuel, food, water and a new spacesuit when contact was lost six minutes after take-off and two minutes before it was due to arrive in orbit.

    The Bolivian charter airline behind a plane crash that killed 71 people in Colombia was shut down Thursday, as shock grew over a harrowing recording of the pilot’s final minutes without fuel.

    Bolivia said it had suspended charter company LAMIA’s permit and ordered an investigation into its operations.
