    Partner with the church for development and peace, Catholic Bishop tells El-Rufai

    Bishop Matthew Man’oso Ndagos, the Catholic Bishop of Kaduna Archdiocese, has called on Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, to partner with the church in the state in order to achieve fast and greater development and peaceful co-existence among the citizenry of the state.

    However, the Bishop expressed gratitude to Governor El-Rufai for the part payment of N15.6 million owed by the state government for the treatment of 2011 post election crises and other accident victims in Kaduna.

    Catholic Bishop of Makurdi, Most Reverend Athanasius Atule Usuh is dead.

    According to reports, Usuh died in Abuja on Thursday after battling with a protracted illness.

    He was born to the family of the late Pa Joseph Usuh Anachi and Mama Edna Hilemo Usuh of Mbatyough, Mbagen in Buruku local government area of Benue State on 2nd May, 1942.
