Three Civil Servants, Traffic Warden and Street Sweeper in Ogun State were rewarded for their diligence and hard work by Governor Ibikunle Amosun, on Monday.
The civil servants are Wole Dosunmu and Alhaji Waheed Adesina, both of the Ministry of Information and Strategy and one Mr Sule Isiaka, who works at the Governor’s Office.
The others who benefitted are a traffic warden officer, Folashade Adekoya and a street sweeper whose name could not be ascertained at the time of giving this report.

A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory on Tuesday remanded two suspects, Grace Nwauzor and Okorie Otubaku, for allegedly defrauding job seekers of N14. 8 million.
The suspects were arraigned on a 10-count charge, by the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission, ICPC, for allegedly collecting money from job seekers between 2012 and 2013, and offering them non-existent jobs in government establishments.

No less than four hundred (400) accounting officers in Ekiti State Civil Service have been allocated a laptop computer each by the State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, in order to improve the quality of service delivery in the state.

According to reports, the Government of Ghana has announced a 12.5% increase in salary of all public sector workers across the country.
According to the employment minister, Haruna Iddrisu, the decision was arrived at after a public sector joint negotiation committee meeting Tuesday, September 13.

Borno State governor, Kashim Shettima, has revealed how senior civil servants in the state colluded with commercial banks to defraud the state with the use of fake bank accounts.
