Mr Wale Akoni (SAN), the counsel to Calistus Obi, who is standing trial on a N136 million fraud charge, says he will file a no-case submission against the charge.

According to reports, the Kwara Government on Friday said it had closed down 10 private schools built with wooden slabs and operating without due authorisation from the state government.
The Director, Quality Assurance Bureau of the Kwara Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development, Zainab Bello, told the News Agency of Nigeria in Ilorin that the schools were unsuitable for child learning.

It was gathered that the Osun Government on Tuesday directed the closure of all unregistered private hospitals and related health institutions across the state until they are properly updated and registered.
