It was gathered that the Independent National Electoral Commission will start the configuration of Smart Card Readers to be used for the November 26 governorship election in Ondo State on Thursday.
The commission, which stated this in its bulletin released in Abuja on Wednesday, also disclosed that it would also commence a two-day training for Collation/Returning Officers for the election on Monday.
