It was gathered that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said that the passing out of two batches of members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) will not affect the conduct of governorship election.

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) on Wednesday said that 1,215 female graduates were deployed to Rivers for the 2016 Batch ‘A’ Stream 2 national service programme.
