    Why I withdrew from Dasuki’s case – Justice Ademola shares reasons

    A Federal High Court Judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola has formally disengaged from presiding over the trial of former National Security Adviser, retired Colonel Sambo Dasuki, on illegal possession of arms and money-laundering charges.

    Ademola was among Judges arrested by the Department of State Service over corruption allegation.

    After his release by DSS, Justice Ademola wrote the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Mahmud Mohammed, saying he was attacked unjustly.

    ECOWAS Court to rule on Sambo Dasuki’s case April 11

    The Community Court of Justice, ECOWAS, says it will on April 11 rule on whether it has the jurisdiction to entertain a case brought before it by the former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki.

    This is contained in a statement issued by the court in Abuja on Thursday.

    The case filed with the suit number ECW/CCJ/APP/01/16 was brought before the Court on Nov. 5, 2015, against the Federal Government.
