    Tragic: Pregnant woman, 8 others die in motor accident

    A pregnant woman on labour  alongside eight other people lost their lives in Taura Local Government Area of Jigawa state, as a result of a ghastly auto-crash.

    The police spokesperson in Jigawa, Abdul Jinjiri, a Superintendent of Police, confirmed the incident to the newsmen in Dutse the state capital.

    According to him, the incident occurred around 1 pm on Friday while conveying a pregnant woman on labour from a neighboring village to Jahun General Hospital.
