    Presidency directs FRSC to implement, enforce speed limiting device October 1

    The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) on Wednesday said that the presidency had approved Oct. 1 for the commencement of implementation and enforcement of the Speed Limiting Device.

    Dr Boboye Oyeyemi, the Corps Marshall, FRSC, disclosed this in Abuja while briefing stakeholders on the new date for the implementation and enforcement of the device.

    FRSC to enforce speed limiting device

    Commercial motorists who are yet to install the speed limiting device in their vehicles may have to do now as the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) is set to crack down on defaulters.

    This follows the suspension of the embargo on the enforcement of the device in commercial vehicles and trucks by the National Assembly.
