    Vice Chancellors deny fixing post-UTME screening fee

    The Association of Vice Chancellors of Nigerian Universities (AVCNU) has denied reports that the Federal Ministry of Education and other stakeholders in the tertiary education sub-sector have agreed on N2,500 as fee for post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (post-UTME) screening.

    FG scraps CBT, pegs post-UTME fee at N2,500

    The Federal Ministry of Education and other stakeholders in the tertiary education sub-sector have scrapped the Computer-Based Test, CBT, even as they agreed on N2,500 as the maximum fee for the post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME.

    Minister’s order on post-UTME, fee rattles varsity administrators

    Following an order by the Minister of Education, Malam Adamu Adamu to tertiary institutions in the country that have conducted post-UTME examination to immediately refund money taken from candidates, authority of University of Benin (UNIBEN) has suspended a planned test.
