Many of the stations belonging to major marketers on Ikorodu road from mainland up to the Island were virtually empty yesterday, even as attendants could not offer any explanation on inquiry.

The Ogun State government has said that no fewer than 220 illegal structures, 41 abandoned trucks and many filling stations will be affected in its “Ogun Go Green” project.
Amosun said the project was aimed at developing 25 of the 70 meters setback on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

The Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), Sokoto Zonal Operations Office, Wednesday sealed six petrol filling stations in the Sokoto metropolis.
