    NCC urges Nigerians to report poor telecom services

    The Nigeria Communication Commission has advised Nigerians to report cases of poor service delivery by GSM service providers.

    This directive was given by Joseph Atoyebi, the Deputy Director of the Consumer Affairs Bureau, when he spoke with newsmen.

    Atoyebi emphasized that the major preoccupation of the commission was to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
