A Lagos State High Court in Ikeja on Thursday adjusted the conditions fixed to the bail granted Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia and Chief Godwin Obla (SAN), who are facing charges of bribery and illegitimate enrichment.
The serving judge and the SAN were arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on November 28, 2016 on 30 counts charges before Justice Hakeem Oshodi.

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC), have stormed the home of Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia, at Park View Estate in Ikoyi, Lagos.
It was gathered that the EFCC officials who stormed the house at about 7am on Wednesday, were there to conduct a search but eventually left after being blockaded into the house.

According to reports, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has uncovered yet another bogus financial transaction by Justice Rita Ngozi Ofili-Ajumogobia after investigations showed she wired N18 million into a foreign account.
Investigation showed that the Commission stumbled on N18 million wired to a foreign account from the justice domiciliary account for the purchase of a property in the United Kingdom.
Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogbobia is among the six judges being investigated by the Commission for alleged corruption alongside some senior lawyers.
