    Fulani herdsmen ambush, kill two policemen in Kaduna

    Suspected Fulani herdsmen on Thursday ambushed and killed two policemen along the Kagoro-Gidan Waya Road in Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

    The gunmen, it was gathered, shot two other policemen who are said to be critically wounded.

    It was also learnt that two of the six policemen who were manning the checkpoint where the incident occurred however escaped unhurt.

    The Kaduna Police Command confirmed the incident.

    Gunmen again struck in Rivers State yesterday, killing a retired army officer, Captain Chukwuemeka Judge Adigwe, at Rumueme Community in Obio/Akpor Local Government Council.

    Another man, whose identity was yet to be known, was gunned down at Federal junction, on Agip Road, Port Harcourt.

    Armed robbers kill two IMSU students in Jos

    Two students of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Imo State University, have been confirmed dead while two others sustained injuries after they were attacked by robbers on the Kaduna-Jos Road.
