    LASU: Varsity advises students to effect course changes at JAMB

    Authorities of the Lagos State University (LASU) have directed newly admitted students, who changed the courses they earlier applied for to effect such changes immediately at JAMB’s website.‎

     

    ‎‎The information is contained in a statement by the Registrar of LASU, Mr. Akinwunmi Lewis, in Lagos on Wednesday.

    The statement said that the affected students were those admitted newly for the 2016/2017 academic session.

    ‎Prof. Olanrewaju Fagbohun, Vice Chancellor, Lagos State University (LASU) has told newsmen that the institution plans to deploy its volunteer students to teach final-year secondary school students during holidays, adding ‎that the programme was conceived under its Community Development Service (CDS).

    The Vice Chancellor of Lagos State University (LASU), Prof. Olanrewaju Fagbohun, has said the university will not give room for cultism or harbour any form of illegality on its campus.

    LASU releases 16,000 certificates in 11 months

    It was gathered that the Vice-Chancellor of the Lagos State University, LASU, Olanrewaju Fagbohun, said the institution released 16,000 results and certificates between January and November to graduates.

    According to reports, the Lagos State University‎ (LASU), Ojo, has announced the demotion of a lecturer, Olatunji Abanikannda, from professor to a senior lecturer over alleged lack of requisite papers and journals.
