    Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state on Friday rewarded the states best performing civil servant with a brand new Kia car just as he rolled out several incentives for workers’ welfare.

    Sokoto State Gorvenment deploys 175 doctors, nurses and midwives to PHCs

    It was gathered that the Sokoto State Government says it has deployed 175 Medical Doctors, Nurses and Midwives to Primary Health Centres (PHCs) in Sokoto city and environs.

    The Commissioner of Health, Dr Balarabe Kakale, disclosed this to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Sokoto on Sunday.

    Kakale said the decision was part of measures to reduce extreme pressure on the state’s Specialist Hospital, as well as the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, in Sokoto.

    200,000 graduates employed by FG to resume duty December 1

    The Federal Government has employed two hundred thousand graduates as part of its N-Power Volunteer Corps which will ultimately engage 500,000 graduates.

    The new employees are distributed as follows: 150,000 as teachers, 30,000 to work in the agriculture sector and 20,000 in healthcare delivery, and will resume on December 1 in the states where they will be deployed.
