    The Chief of Defence Staff, CDS, General Gabriel Olonisakin says the Defence Headquarters has identified lapses that have resulted to failures in the joint operations of the nation’s military in prosecuting the war against Boko Haram terrorists in the North East.

    A military aircraft recently released from presidential fleet and handed over to the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has reportedly crashed in Makurdi, Benue State.

    It was gathered from a senior Air Force officer in Makurdi that the Augusta AW101 helicopter crashed after landing.
