One of President-elect Donald Trump‘s most divisive promises — to ban Muslims from entering America — disappeared from his campaign website before reappearing on Thursday.

Some unknown gunmen have reportedly whisked away a prominent Muslim cleric, Sheikh Muhammad Madoki, while he was traveling on the Abuja-Kano Expressway on Thursday.
Madoki was said to have been abducted along with his wife, her sister and the wife of his younger brother.
It was gathered that the cleric is the head of the Sokoto state government’s charity and endowment commission.

Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi on Sunday suspended Alhaji Sadiq Rabiu, the Chairman of the state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, over an allegation of fraud during the just concluded Hajj exercise.
