    The Movement for the Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) said the unity of Nigeria was negotiable.

    National leader of MAS­SOB, Chief Solomon Ordu Chukwu, argued that the series of agitations across the country, were enough reason to split the country.

    The Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, has declared that Nigeria is suffocating under the current administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.

    President Muhammadu Buhari has told militants in the Niger Delta that they have no choice but accept that Nigeria’s unity is not negotiable.
