The National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) has commenced provision of free surgery to 10,000 poor and needy who have registered with the scheme across the country.
The zonal coordinator for North-central, Asmau Mohammed stated this yesterday at the National Health Insurance Scheme stakeholders’ Forum in Makurdi.
