President Muhammadu Buhari has asked Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Martin Abeshi, to vacate office as his tenure in office has expired.
According to reports reaching ADELOVE, it was gathered yesterday night that Abeshi, who was appointed to replace former Comptroller General, David Parradang, was fingered in the tragic 2014 recruitment saga in Immigration, not considered to continue in office as his tenure had since lapsed.

According to reports, the Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS, Cross River state Command, on Friday said it has arrested two illegal immigrants.
The immigrants, Nji Haeges-Chi from Cameroon and Shahid Mahmood a Pakistani national, were arrested by the border patrol team of the NIS on Thursday at Yala Local Government Area of the state.
The state Comptroller of NIS, Mrs. Funke Adeuyi, made the disclosure to journalists in Calabar while parading the duo at the NIS headquarters in the state capital.
