    Court denies Nnamdi Kanu bail

    Pro-Biafra leader Nnamdi Kanu on Thursday appeared before the Federal High Court, Abuja in continuation of his trial. He was denied bail.

    The Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, is being tried along three others on allegations of bordering on treasonable felony.

    The three accomplices are Mr. Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi.

    Court rules on Nnamdi Kanu and others’ bail applications December 1

    A Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday fixed December 1 for ruling on the bail applications filed by leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, and three others with whom he was charged with offences including treasonable felony and an act preparatory to act of terrorism.

    ECOWAS Court adjourns Nnamdi Kanu’s case till November 8

    According to reports, the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice has adjourned Nnamdi Kanu’s alleged fundamental human rights breach case against the Federal Government till November 8.

    The presiding judge, Micah Wright, adjourned the case on Wednesday for definite hearing following an application by the defendant.
