    Protesting youths march to EFCC office in Enugu over probe of Patience Jonathan

    Hundreds of Igbo youths carrying placards and banners have taken to the streets of Enugu, protesting the on-going probe of former Nigeria First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan by anti-graft bodies.

    The youths see the probe, which had culminated into the freezing of her (Mrs. Jonathan) account‎, as a calculated plot to humiliate ex-President Goodluck Jonathan.

    The protesters are currently heading to the Enugu office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

    Justice Mohammed Idris of a Federal High Court Lagos, on Tuesday, refused to restrain a brother judge from taking steps in relation to the frozen 15.5 million dollars allegedly belonging to Patience Jonathan.
