    Ebonyi horror: Police parade council boss, 3 policemen

    In apparent reaction to the wide condemnation that trailed the torture and indecent assault on a minor, Uzoamaka Chukwu,14, by some men in Ebonyi State, the state Police Command yesterday paraded six suspects, including a serving Coordinator of Ohazara Council Development Centre, Mr. Odii Ogbonnaya, his younger brother and three serving policemen.

    The police in Oyo State on Monday paraded four suspects in connection with the killing of a member of Oyo State House of Assembly, Gideon Aremu (Orelope-LP), on July 1.

    Police in Akwa Ibom have arrresed two suspects who specialised in forging West African Examination Certificate.

    Parading Victor Joe, 30 years and Nsikak Atte, 27 years from Urue Offong\Uruko and Okobo council areas respectively, the state police public relations officer, Cornelia Nwawe, said they were rounded up, following intelligent reports.
