    According to reports, the Managing Director of Chevron Nigeria Limited, Mr. Clay Neff, yesterday, at the 2016 Awokoya Memorial Chemistry Competition, organized by Chemical Society of Nigeria, Delta State chapter, said Chevron will continue to support and promote quality education in Nigeria.

    According to reports, the Oyo State Government on Thursday shut five schools indefinitely over the protests on cancellation of automatic promotion in public schools.

    Prof. Adeniyi Olowofela, the State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, announced this at a news conference in Ibadan.

    Three of the five schools are located in Oyo East and Atiba Local Government Areas, while the remaining two are in Akinyele.
