Former chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriation, Hon. Abdumumin Jibrin, has admitted that he benefited from huge controversial allowances allotted to the legislators.
He disclosed that a whooping sum of N650 million accrued to him from 2011 when he was first elected till date.
