    Ogun government to go on with 10-lane road construction despite rife criticism

    The Ogun State Government is constructing the 10-lane Abeokuta/Sagamu Road in order to attract investors and migrants as well as funds for further development to the state the, even as criticism of the need for the expansion of the road, which attracts little traffic is rife in some quarters.

    Road construction begins, Over 17, 500 workers to be engaged – FG

    The Federal Government says more than 17,500 road construction workers are to be re-engaged as contractors return to project sites across the country.

    The Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Mr Babatunde Fashola, made this known when he featured on the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) Forum on Wednesday in Abuja.
