    The authorities of University of Lagos (UNILAG), Akoka, have ordered the closure of the gates of the main campus at Akoka due to protest by students.

    Rioting broke out at Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa, in Ado-Odo-Ota local government area of the state when hundreds of students shut down the school.
