    Traders in Maiduguri lament governments inhumanity in destroying their shops

    Traders at the popular post office market in Maiduguri, yesterday lamented the loss goods worth millions of naira following government’s demolition of illegal structures on all major roads in Borno.

    Some of the traders who spoke to newsmen, expressed shock, adding that the government did not give them adequate notice before such action was taken. They claimed this had worsened their condition apart from the trauma of insurgency.
