    NiMet predicts hazy, sunny weather for Wednesday

    According to reports, the Nigerian Meteorological Agency has predicted hazy atmosphere over central states of the country on Wednesday.

    NiMet made the prediction in the Weather Outlook by its Central Forecast Office in Abuja on Tuesday.

    It said that the region would also have day and night time temperatures of 34 to 38 degrees Celsius and 18 to 25 degrees Celsius respectively, with exception of Jos city with 28 to 13 degrees Celsius.

    NiMet predicts cloudy, thundery, sunny weather for Wednesday

    According to reports, the Nigerian Meteorological Agency has predicted partly cloudy weather conditions over the central states of the country on Wednesday morning.

    NiMet made the prediction in the Weather Outlook by its Central Forecast Office in Abuja on Tuesday.

    It said that isolated thundery showers would prevail over few areas such as Lokoja, Makurdi, Bida, Ilorin and Abuja during evening and night hours with night time temperatures of 30 to 35 degrees Celsius.

    The Central Bank of Nigeria is set to borrow about N129.67bn ($403.01m) in short-dated Treasury bills at an auction on Wednesday.

    The Apex bank said it would raise N28bn in three-month paper, N33.49bn in six-month bills and N68.18bn in one-year bills.

    Payment for the purchases will be made on Thursday, a public notice by the Lender stated.

    It was gathered that the Nigerian Meteorological Agency has predicted cloudy weather conditions over the central states of the country with rains over Mambilla Plateau on Wednesday morning.

    The predictions are contained in the Weather Outlook issued by NiMet’s Central Forecast Office on Tuesday in Abuja.
