Chelsea captain, John Terry, is a doubt for their next Premier League fixture against Liverpool, after leaving the Liberty Stadium on crutches following their 2-2 draw with Swansea on Sunday.
The defender appeared to roll over his ankle in the final moments of the game.
Terry hobbled through the remainder of the match, as Antonio Conte had made all his three substitutions.
He fell on the pitch immediately after the final whistle and was attended to by the medical team, before leaving the stadium with his ankle strapped.
With Chelsea taking on Liverpool this Friday, Conte is confident his captain will be back on time.
“I don’t know the extent of the injury but tomorrow we will see the situation about his ankle,” he said.
“But he is a warrior and I am not worried.”
