Son, 24, scored four goals last month to help unbeaten Tottenham to their current position of second in the table.

The South Korea international netted a brace in Spurs’ 4-0 win at Stoke, before repeating that feat in their 2-1 triumph at Middlesbrough.

Son was linked with a move away from Tottenham in the summer but ultimately remained at the club under manager Mauricio Pochettino.

  1. Son has scored four goals and assisted thrice. Son overcame Kevin De Bruyne, Adam Lallana, Theo Walcott and Romelu Lukaku to achieve this feat which I think is very remarkable. Good future for Tottenham. COYS!
