The National Directorate of Employment, NDE, has stated that the rate of unemployment in the country is high because youths are scared of squaring up to the challenges of self-employment.

According to the statement, no fewer than 9,360 youths, who will be trained nationwide, will also be empowered with tools at the end of the five-month training.
